Report the lost item to the Duty Terminal Manager immediately. The Lost and Found team will assist you in verifying and reclaiming your item.

You need to provide a boarding pass, a government-issued ID, and an authorization letter if someone else is collecting the item on your behalf.

Lost items can be collected from the AAI Stores on working days (Monday to Friday) between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM, except on holidays.
